We offer flexible prices if you are staying over 6 days.

The prices are per property (a studio, two bedroom or three bedroom apartments)

The prices are final and include resort fee.

Free use of pool, Ledge Lounger and pool umbrella.

Free parking outside the complex.

Rules for accommodation and payment

1. Bookings are done with bank payment in the amount for the first staying night or 30% of the total bill.
2. The remaining amount is paid in cash at the time of check in.
3. Apartments Hotel Elit 2 can refund you the deposit in case you cancel your stay with us only when it is done in writing and no less than 60 days prior your arrival.
4. In case you do not arrive and you have not informed the hotel in accordance with rule #3, the Apartment Hotel Elit 2 will keep your deposit in the received amount.
5. At arrival in Apartment Hotel Elit 2, every visitor must register himself with ID card.
6. In case you have paid in advance via travel agency or another way, a proof of payment must be present at your arrival.
7. Check-in the apartments is after 2:00pm.
8. According the Bulgarian legislation, the smoking is prohibited inside the buildings. For visitors who smoke there are designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
9. We kindly ask parent not to leave children unattended. Using of elevator of children under age of 12 without a companion is prohibited. For your comfortable and respectful stay in the complex we encourage you have afternoon break between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Noise after 10:0pm to 8:00am is not allowed.
10. Check-out of the apartments is by 11:00am.
11. In order to finish Your stay in pleasant manner, the check-out is complete after quick inspection by our employee and refund of you damage deposit. Which one will be collected at you registration in the amount of 50 €.
12. Cleaning – The apartments will be cleaned frequently 9:00am and 3:00pm. If You wish to be done at another time, please inform any of our staff members.
